professional forum for scientific exchange. Both 16:9, optimal, and 4:3 are compatible with the screen size.<\/li>\n        <li>A traditional slide deck should include a title slide, a slide stating the objective or main question addressed, and a slide describing the overall approach used.<\/li>\n        <li>Ensure text is readable from the back of the room.<\/li>\n        <li>Please use color-blind-safe colour schemes to visualise your data.<\/li>\n        <li>Reduce clutter on PowerPoint slides. Prepare your slides to communicate ideas, not details.<\/li>\n        <li>Use graphs to show trends, comparisons and relationships. If any changes occur, affected speakers will be informed by email.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h3>Poster preparation guidelines<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li>WIN2026 does not provide templates for posters; please use your own.<\/li>\n        <li>Your poster must be <strong>portrait<\/strong>, not landscape, and <strong>A0<\/strong>: 84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm high.<\/li>\n        <li>Consider including a QR code to give attendees quick access to websites and contacts related to your research.<\/li>\n        <li>The poster should:\n          <ul class=\"nested\">\n            <li>Be printed on paper. Avoid overly thick material, as heavier posters may not remain securely attached to the boards.<\/li>\n            <li>Be readable from two meters, or six feet, away.<\/li>\n            <li>Be understandable on its own, without needing verbal explanation.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Please use color-blind-safe colour schemes to visualise your data.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n\n      <h3>At the conference<\/h3>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Posters are displayed from <strong>09:30-17:30 CEST, Monday to Thursday<\/strong>. The poster ID number will be displayed on the board where you should hang your poster.<\/li>\n        <li>Push pins will be provided on the boards. Please do not use your own glue kit, pins, tape, velcro or Blu-Tack.<\/li>\n        <li>You are responsible for the setup and take-down of the poster.<\/li>\n        <li>Poster setup: <strong>08:30-09:30 CEST on Monday, 29 June 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>Poster take-down: remove posters no later than <strong>Thursday, 2 July 2026, 17:30 CEST<\/strong>.
